I purchased the device primarily for pain relief from tendinopathy (glutes and hip bursitis), mild foot neuropathy, and knee pain. The sponge massage head is AMAZING. It is definitely helping with pain on the knees and for the foot neuropathy. I started using the device 22 days ago and in addition to the pain relief "program" I created for myself, I am trying to do a full 30 minutes of "me" time every morning, and I love it so much. I do lymphatic drainage with the sponge head and massage my face (wrinkles/lines, neck, jaw, and the back of my neck). If feels wonderful and I'm seeing a difference with crepey skin on my neck--my age lines look diminished too. I always use the red light. I hit all the lymph nodes with the sponge head after the face massage, then I use it on the inside of my elbows (helping get rid of crepey skin there!) and all around my knees, which feels amazing. I take 15 minutes to do this. Then I move to the detox head and work on the bottom of my feet, calfs, thighs, bottom, and abdomen. I spend 10 minutes that way. The last 5 minutes are using the cellulite (knobby) head on my thighs and bottom--sometimes I'll use it on my upper arms very lightly. I use the dry brush once a week before a shower. I am really seeing a difference in the tone and texture of my skin.
A couple additional things to note... I ordered additional sponges so I can always have a clean set. If you fully wash them (not just wipe them off), they can take a day to dry. I don't want to be without those sponges!! I may even buy a complete sponge head unit so I can use one just for my face and neck and the other for my body. Also, I have small hands (plus have some arthritis--my grip isn't the greatest) so I put a few wide rubber bands around the widest part of the device so it doesn't feel like I will drop it anymore. I have to adjust the rubber bands frequently, but it's a little help. I hope they come up with an accessory that is "grippy" for the device, something that actually fits it. I highly recommend this product and plan to use it every day! I actually look forward to using it--this is no hardship ladies!
Loving the Glo910 Pro! More than anything, it’s helping with chronic pain issues I’ve had for years! Whether it’s working my lymphatic or fascia, I think both, I’m beyond grateful! This is helping in ways yoga and exercise haven’t been able to. Inflammation and swelling is down. Need much fewer medications. Thank you!
Best consumer technology on the market and my skin looks fabulous. Some of my old long standing larger power in my t zone have become tiny little lines you can't see more than two inches away!
I like this device very much. Only been using it for a few weeks andI can see subtle changes. It also helped me tremendously with lymphatic drainage after surgery.
So far I love this thing. I didn't buy it to get rid of cellulite or fat. I wanted to try to improve my fascia for health reasons and so far I have used this glo machine every night. The tension in my legs seems to be gone.
I bought this device for specific hip pain I've been experiencing. I have moderate arthritis in my hip and am working with a physical therapist for mobility. Even with this, my hip pain can get bad to the point I can't sleep. My hopes for using the Glo device have been achieved and even exceeded! I am absolutely stunned with the results I have been getting by using Glo before bed for the past week. I use the spikey head (Cellu-Active) with red light on for 5 minutes on each hip, then 5 minutes each on my quads, hamstrings and IT bands. The relief I get allows me to sleep comfortably and not constantly wake up to change positions. I can't wait to tell my physical therapist! This has been such a relief to me - and I can't wait to see what it does for my cellulite. Thank you Glo - I am exceptionally happy I found you!
It feels like hands and fingers massaging your body with the circular motions. It picks up skin and facia and rolls it around. It has been perfect for breaking up scar tissue after injury and surgery. Of course it’s great for cellulite and sore muscles. There are numerous attachments. My favourite is the soft attachment for the gentle areas to break up. Scott tissue and my other favourite is the dry brushing. It’s incredible how much skin flakes off our bodies.
