All returns must be communicated in writing through customer support contact form.
Glo910 PRO and Glo Mask returns must be requested via email with (14) days of purchase. Due it is a personal-use item, IF THE DEVICE HAS BEEN OPENED AND USED, THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. After (14) days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless due to a quality defect on the product which will be covered for 1 year.
When purchasing a PACK that includes a device, any approved refund will be calculated by applying the proportional discount assigned to the device within the bundle, as well as any additional discounts or promotions used at the time of purchase. Only the refundable portion corresponding to the device will be considered, adjusted according to the original promotional pricing.
If the PACK includes cosmetic products, please note that cosmetics are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Rest of the products (Oil910, Serum910, Sculpt910, Luminescent and Accesories), are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE REFUNDED unless received damaged.
We are only able to issue refunds for GLO products purchased directly from www.us.glo910.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
