Glo910 PRO and Glo Mask returns must be requested via email within 30 days of purchase, unless due to a quality defect which is covered for 1 year. After 30 days, all sales are final.
- Unopened products receive a full refund.
- Opened products must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for a refund. Products not meeting this condition may receive a partial refund or be returned to you.
Glo910 Attachments (Cellu-Active, Cellu-Detox, Body-Brush, Soft-Massage, and Cool Legs) are final sale unless due to a quality defect covered for 3 months.
Skincare Products (Oil910, Serum910, Sculpt910, and Luminescent) are final sale.
Packs
If a pack includes a device, approved refunds are calculated using the proportional discount assigned to the device within the bundle, plus any additional discounts or promotions applied at purchase. Only the refundable portion for the device applies.
If a pack includes skincare products, these are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Ship returns via FedEx, UPS, or an insured service with signature delivery required. Do not use USPS. Send your tracking number to hello@glo910.com.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit, so ensure full insurance coverage. Label your box "RETURN" and ship to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming receipt and notifying you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed and credited to your original payment method.
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from us.glo910.com. For purchases from other retailers, contact them directly regarding their return policy.
Serial number and proof of purchase are required for all returns and refunds.
