Glo910 device can be returned within 30-days of purchase, and rest of the products (Oil910, Serum910, Accesories and Pure Bottel), are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We are only able to issue refunds for GLO products purchased directly from www.us.glo910.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy.
