General conditions

At Glo, we offer a ONE (1) YEAR warranty for Glo910, Glo910 PRO and GloMask devices purchased. The interchangeable heads for Glo910 and Glo910 PRO come with a THREE (3) MONTHS warranty from the date of purchase.

Please remember to always keep your purchase receipt or online order confirmation as proof of warranty.

The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It DOES NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair use and damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or disassemble the device (or its heads) will void the warranty.

Warranties are ONLY valid for items returned within the warranty dates and purchased through www.us.glo910.com or AUTHORIZED RESELLERS.

Be aware if you purchase GLO from any location not listed as authorized, the product(s) may be counterfeit, defective, and possibly harmful to use. Unfortunately, GLO can take no responsibility or warranty any products purchased through unauthorized sellers such as, but not limited to, Ebay.com, Amazon.com (only in our GLO official store), Alibaba.com, DHGate.com...

How to find serial number

  • Glo910+ / Glo910 PRO Device:
    Locate the serial number laser-engraved on any of the treatment heads or on the label on the base containing the technical information.
  • Glo Mask Device:
    The serial number is the SN number, which can be found on the portable charger or, more clearly, on the label of the outer box.
