TREATMENT ROUTINE

1. Cleanse your face thoroughly, removing any traces of makeup.

2. Choose a comfortable, relaxing space and take 10 minutes for yourself.

3. Place the LED phototherapy mask on your face and adjust the straps around your head without tightening. Turn on the mask using the wireless controller. Allow the phototherapy to work for 10 minutes. The mask will automatically switch off once the treatment is complete.

4. Apply a few drops of the oil into the palm of your hand and gently press it onto the skin.

5. If your skin needs extra nourishment, apply a larger amount directly and perform a gentle manual massage—especially in areas where you feel it’s most needed, such as the under-eye area.
