Keeping your legs completely straight and straight, raise and lower your leg without touching the floor. When you finish 20 repetitions, switch to the other leg. Do 2 sets of 20 and you will see results.
Points to keep in mind:
- Position: move your legs a little forward in relation to your trunk to avoid excessive curving of the lumbar region.
- Do not raise your leg too high, but lengthen it as much as possible from the tip of the foot.
- When raising the leg, the foot should be parallel to the ground.
- Contract the abdomen (navel up and inward) to fix and stabilize the position of the trunk.
